FAIRCO’s high performance Hamptons Flush Glaze Windows
Hamptons Flush Glaze Windows, manufactured by Fairco Trade Frames in Ireland, are built to the highest modern standards. The sashes sit flush within the outerframe, creating a beautiful contemporary window with the visual attributes of traditional joinery.
Many other uPVC casement windows have a rebated sash lip which stands proud of the frame, whilst the Hamptons features a slim, flush, modern aesthetic where the sash looks flat against the frame, both internally and externally.
Hampton Flush Glaze Windows
All non-opening windows will have a dummy sash to ensure the window looks balanced with equal sightlines. From the outside, it will be difficult to tell which of the sashes open and which are fixed.
Hamptons Flush Glaze windows are available in a wide range of colours and are fitted with a high-quality multi-point locking handle in a Brushed Satin finish. We fit high-security hardware to our Flush Windows which ensures that they meet PAS 24 security standards.
We can include putty line Georgian bars within the design to give the appearance of individual panes of double glazing, if that is your customer's preference.
Floating Mullion
When there are two opening sashes side by side, the mullion, or vertical bar which divides the two sections is usually visible when the windows are open.
We can manufacture a Hamptons Flush Glaze window with a floating mullion, where the frame section will open along with the opening sashes to create a wide opening space with unobstructed views, as can be seen here.

Colours
Hamptons flush glazed windows are available in a wide range of contemporary colours with a White Woodgrain finish on the inside. If preferred, we can manufacture windows in a smooth white finish on both the inside and outside.

The highest security standards
In terms of performance, FAIRCO Hamptons Flush Glaze Windows have the highest levels of security and energy efficiency, as standard. Every Hamptons Flush window is fitted with 10-point locks and high-security hinge bolts, to ensure the windows meet PAS 24 Security as standard.
Every window has strong and secure welded joints to both the sash and outer frame, which can withstand up to 1.7 Kn of pressure.
Thermal Efficiency
Hamptons flush window profile has 5 air chambers for enhanced thermal efficiency to help keep the heat in and the cold weather out. This, coupled with high performance argon filled double glazing, ensures the flush windows achieve a U-Value of 1.3 W/m² K.
If a lower U-Value is required, we can adjust the way we manufacture the window so that it can support triple glazing and achieve a U-Value of 1.0 W/m²K.
